Monitoring your training intensity with the PQcheck app

PQcheck allows you to monitor your training intensity regularly. It offers the possibility to track your exertion rate after each workout. In addition there is a weekly deep dive questionnaire that provides your training intensity score (0 to 100), which you can use to adjust your training schedule.

It’s important to track your training intensity over time, since a training schedule that is too intense could decrease your performance instead of improving it and it can also have an impact on the joy you experience during workout and during your personal life. Changing your schedule might be a very easy and comfortable way to get more out of your training work!
